  • SANDWICHES
  • 4 ciabatta buns
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 12 ounces cooked ham (sliced)
  • 4 thin slices sweet onion
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese slices (four 1-ounce slices)
  • 1 1/3 cup fresh spinach
  • SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • SPRINKLE
  • 4 teaspoons poppy seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Separate top and bottom halves of buns and spread each with mayonnaise. Layer ham, onion, cheese and spinach. Replace top half of bun to assemble sandwiches, then place sandwiches on a baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Whisk together sauce ingredients and drizzle over sandwich tops. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and cover with foil.

  • Step 4: Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake 2 more minutes. Serve warm.
