Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150c. Place the biscuits, butter and almond meal in a small food processor and process until roughly chopped.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture into the base of 4 X 1 cup capacity ovenproof dishes and press down the mix using the back of a spoon.
Step 3
Place the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth and thick.
Step 4
Fold through the chocolate mixture and spoon over the biscuit bases.
Step 5
Place dishes on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch.
Step 6
Allow to cool completely at room temp, and then refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Step 7
Dust with cocoa and top with cream to serve.
