Step 1: Preheat the oven to 150c. Place the biscuits, butter and almond meal in a small food processor and process until roughly chopped.
Step 2: Spoon the mixture into the base of 4 X 1 cup capacity ovenproof dishes and press down the mix using the back of a spoon.
Step 3: Place the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth and thick.
Step 4: Fold through the chocolate mixture and spoon over the biscuit bases.
Step 5: Place dishes on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch.
Step 6: Allow to cool completely at room temp, and then refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Step 7: Dust with cocoa and top with cream to serve.
