Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Chocolate biscuits (100 grams)
  • 30 grams melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 grams milk chocolate (melted)
  • Cocoa, for dusting
  • Whipped cream, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 150c. Place the biscuits, butter and almond meal in a small food processor and process until roughly chopped.

  • Step 2: Spoon the mixture into the base of 4 X 1 cup capacity ovenproof dishes and press down the mix using the back of a spoon.

  • Step 3: Place the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth and thick.

  • Step 4: Fold through the chocolate mixture and spoon over the biscuit bases.

  • Step 5: Place dishes on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch.

  • Step 6: Allow to cool completely at room temp, and then refrigerate for 2 hours until set.

  • Step 7: Dust with cocoa and top with cream to serve.
