Step 1
Preheat your oven on to 450 degreesF;
Step 2
Grease a large baking sheet or pan.
Step 3
Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise on a cutting board.
Step 4
Cut each lengthwise half into 4 pieces to make a total of 8 wedges for each potato.
Step 5
Place the potato wedges in a bowl, then toss generously with oil (make sure that they are well and completely coated with oil).
Step 6
Combine onion powder, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley in a small dish and mix well. Sprinkle mixture over the potatoes.
Step 7
Put the crumbs and parmesan cheese into a shallow dish. Coat a few wedges at a time into the crumb mixture, repeating until all wedges are coated.
Step 8
Transfer the coated wedges in the pan, spread them to make a single layer.
Step 9
Bake on center rack for 25 minutes.
Step 10
Take them out after 25 minutes and turn over the potatoes.
Step 11
Bake for 10 more minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
