Step 1: Preheat your oven on to 450 degreesF;
Step 2: Grease a large baking sheet or pan.
Step 3: Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise on a cutting board.
Step 4: Cut each lengthwise half into 4 pieces to make a total of 8 wedges for each potato.
Step 5: Place the potato wedges in a bowl, then toss generously with oil (make sure that they are well and completely coated with oil).
Step 6: Combine onion powder, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley in a small dish and mix well. Sprinkle mixture over the potatoes.
Step 7: Put the crumbs and parmesan cheese into a shallow dish. Coat a few wedges at a time into the crumb mixture, repeating until all wedges are coated.
Step 8: Transfer the coated wedges in the pan, spread them to make a single layer.
Step 9: Bake on center rack for 25 minutes.
Step 10: Take them out after 25 minutes and turn over the potatoes.
Step 11: Bake for 10 more minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
