Great tasting salad! What a great concept to have this deconstructed burger transformed into a salad, who would have thought. We all enjoyed it very much. I would love to try placing cheese over the burgers and let it melt and then cut the patties in addition to sprinkling cheese over the salad, of course, more cheese makes everything better - bet it would be great that way too. Unlike what the photo shows, we added onion over our salads. That particular plate used for the photo was for my son who claims not to like onions, yeah right, if he only knew how many dishes I've sneaked it in which he loves. Thank you, Dee for sharing.
