  • Choose an avocado that is ripe and soft, but not mushy.
  • Choose a ranch dressing that you like the taste of.

  • Plain Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing - Greek yogurt is a healthier alternative to ranch dressing and still provides a creamy texture.
  • Mango instead of avocado - Mango is a sweet and juicy fruit that provides a unique flavor to the dressing, and is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Cilantro Lime Variation Mash avocado and mix in ranch dressing. Add 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro and the juice of one lime to the mixture. Stir until combined.

Greek Yogurt Variation Mash avocado and mix in ranch dressing. Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder to the mixture. Stir until combined.

Grilled Chicken with Avocado Ranch Dressing: Grilled chicken served with a creamy and flavorful avocado ranch dressing makes a delicious and healthy meal. The ranch dressing adds a hint of Mexican flavors, while the avocado adds a creamy texture and healthy fats.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Roasted sweet potatoes are a great accompaniment to the grilled chicken and avocado ranch dressing. The sweetness of the potatoes balances out the creamy and savory flavors of the dressing, while providing additional nutrients and fiber. Roasting the potatoes brings out their natural sweetness and gives them a crispy texture.

I always get this at our favorite restaurant and love it. Used a smaller avocado since it was just for me and used about 3/4 cup of ranch dressing. Enjoyed it a lot with Dreamer in Ontario's Grilled Quesadillas (#410405 on food.) and also use it for a dip with tortilla chips. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Fusion.
