Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt butter in a small saucepan; heat on medium low.

Step 2

Drain potatoes and add to pan

Step 3

Add seasonings and heat while stirring

Step 4

Cook about 15 minutes or until heated through.

Loved these potatoes! I did cheat and use the new to me awesome Queen Ann potatoes from my back yard garden which were cooked and sliced. The method and seasonings right on for us! Thank you and thank your daughter for a recipe that is a keeper.

I boiled my own potatoes then sliced them up with the skins on. Added all the ingredients and then sauteed in the butter. Delicious potatoes cooked until golden brown on the outside. We will see repeats on these.
