Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine vinegar, cayenne, saffron, garlic, peppercorns, salt and water in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add meat and mix well.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

Preheat grill to high.

Step 5

Remove meat from marinade and place on skewers.

Step 6

Brush with olive oil.

Step 7

Grill until tender, 3-4 minutes on each side.
