Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook noodles in salted water. Drain.
Step 2
Cook spinach in 1/2 cup salted water only until thawed. Drain.
Step 3
In a buttered 2-quart ring mold, alternate layers of noodles, spinach, crumbs and cheese.
Step 4
Combine other ingredients; pour over casserole.
Step 5
Set in a pan of hot water, bake in a 350~ oven for about 45 minutes.
