"This is my sister-in-laws family recipe. It is the best hamburger stroganoff I have tried. If you make your own cream soup base there is less salt, and you can decrease salt. Oh and I omit the msg."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute onion in butter till golden.

Step 2

Stir in beef and next 7 ingredients; sauté 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add soup; simmer uncovered, 10 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley parsley is optional.
