Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Brown first 3 ingredients and drain if needed.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients, rinsing out cans with water.
Step 4
Pour into a pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.
Step 5
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Take from oven and cover top with chow mein noodles.
Step 7
Return to oven uncovered and bake for 30 minutes more.
