Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 3
Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour alternately with 7UP, beating well.
Step 4
Batter will be thick, spoon into the bundt pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. 65-75 minutes.
Step 5
Let cake cool for 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
