Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in stock pot, heat the oil.
Step 4
Add the onions and jalapenos, and season lightly.
Step 5
Cook until translucent.
Step 6
Add garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
Step 7
Simmer until pasta is done.
Step 8
Add pasta and season to taste, and mix in cilantro.
Step 9
Pour into greased 9x13 casserole.
Step 10
Bake covered for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
