"We had an appetizer at Pompano's in Panama City one time that was out of this world delicious, we tried to make it at home and came up with something really close. It's really easy to make and is great for just a snack, appetizer to go with a meal or something to make when entertaining."

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Lay Oysters in bottom of a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.

Step 3

Sprinkle crushed crackers over Oysters.

Step 4

Sprinkle all 3 cheeses over the Oysters and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown.

Step 5

Eat as is or serve Oysters over crackers with Cocktail Sauce, Horseradish and/or Hot Sauce.

Delicious oysters! Loved the cheese combo. I squirted some fresh lemon all over them before serving. Baked potato and sour cream was a great side for this one!
