Ingredients
- 3 cups plus 1 1/2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup raw bulgar wheat
- 3 tablespoons raw, shelled, sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (not pancake syrup)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients except yeast in bread pan in the order called for by your brand of machine.

Step 2: Set machine on "basic" "bake" and "sandwich" setting.

Step 3: Add yeast into yeast dispenser.

Step 4: Press "start".
