  • 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup raw bulgar wheat
  • 3 tablespoons raw, shelled, sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (not pancake syrup)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients except yeast in bread pan in the order called for by your brand of machine.

  • Step 2: Set machine on "basic" "bake" and "sandwich" setting.
