I will start this off by adding a couple of my favourites.

This Butter Chicken recipe is one I enjoy often. What brings me back to this recipe, besides the wonderful flavour, is how easy it is to put together. Only 10 minutes prep, a quick cook in the skillet and toss it in the crock pot. Let the cooker do the work. My DH is not a big fan of Indian food but let me tell you, he does really enjoy this. Serve this with a side of Jasmine or Basmati rice or your favourite bun or Naan Bread to soak up those fantastic juices.

I love how this comes together so nicely with hardly any work. I season the chicken the night before and keep this covered in the refrigerator. Just pop into the slow cooker in the morning and then come home to a perfectly cooked tasty whole chicken. I pop it in the oven at high heat for a bit to let the skin crisp up, but that is not necessary.

One of our favourite slow cooker recipes,so good and so easy, prep, pop in a slow cooker and you have a super meal on the days you don't have time to spend in the kitchen. Served over Basmati rice makes for a company quality meal.
