Thanks, Nat. I used to have a lavender plant in the garden, and dried my own, but now I buy it at the local co-op, which sells dried herbs in bulk. Just remember a little goes a long way; too much and you get a soapy flavor. You can also add it to herbes de Provence (if yours doesn't include it already).
