I like trying different pizza sauces, yous looked very good and it sure was good. I have learned from my time on the internet to let prepared tomato-based sauce recipes sit in the fridge for 24 hours before using them so that is what I did and the flavor went up a notch, I'll be making this sauce many times more. Thank you Puppitypup for posting this wonderful recipe.

Oh wow this was a fantastic carrot bread, I've never baked carrot bread but I've made a carrot cake, I like the shape of this bread and it rose high in the pan I'm guessing from all the baking powder and baking soda, this was baked in mini loaf pans, really really good, and saving the recipe so I can make it again. thank you.
