I LOVE LOVE this recipe and so easy to make, Here's what I did, I added in another 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and I'm glad I did because 1 1/2 cups would not have be cheesy enough, also 2 teaspoons garlic powder and onion powder also some pepper and salt, I was worried it may be dry so I added a few tablespoon of margarine, I'm going to make it again and add some spinach and cooked shredded chicken, thank you very much for posting this great pasta recipe!

Such a great cobbler, this is my first time making an apricot cobbler but it won`t be my last I think I like this better than any other fruit, thanks very much for a perfect summer treat!
