I used pea beans and followed the directions. Easy and great for a potluck or family barbecue. We will certainly have them again!

Excellent rub to use on some honking St Louis ribs I did in the smoker. We love the subtle heat and sweet. So delicious! Chicken is up next.

We loved everything about these burgers. They were easy to make and superb in flavor. I just used the stovetop to make them cause it's too damn cold to grill out! Can't wait to make these when I can gather with my friends again. They are going to love em! I will be experimenting with different sauces, and it's going to be fun!

Oh man just how I remembered! My grandmother made these and we loved them and still do. These are delicious and I am so happy to be able to make them any time we want them. Yummm!

I made this for my sister for her birthday. I used Dunkin Donuts coffee and Smirnoff Vodka. I know it's not Tito's, but I like it and it's what I drink. I figured if it's good enough for me, then it's good enough her! It turned out well I might add. I am glad I doubled the recipe, cause now I have some on hand too! I've had one delicious White Russian so far!

Delicious with steak and potatoes off the grill, and would be great with just about anything! Make sure you make it ahead of time so the flavors can mingle. We loved it and I will make this again soon.

I whipped this up, then made Mexican rice. Spooned rice and meat mix into large flour tortilla shells and rolled them into large burritos. Steamed them in a double boiler, wrapped in aluminum foil, for several minutes, then plated and topped with sour cream and salsa. One of our favorite Mexican foods!
