Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grate the zucchini, salt lightly and squeeze in a paper towel to get excess moisture out.

Step 2

Mix together half of the cheddar and mozzarella, all of the parmesean, zucchini and eggs.

Step 3

Press mixture in bottom of a greased flat pan.

Step 4

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Step 5

While zucchini crust cooks, saute onion and garlic in a small amount of oil.

Step 6

Add tomatoe sauce, spices, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Simmer until crust is ready.

Step 8

Pour sauce over zucchini crust.

Step 9

Top with the rest of the cheeses and toppings of your choice (what you like on pizza).

Step 10

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or until hot and bubbly.
