Step 1

Cream together sugar oil and eggs; add the zucchini before the dry ingredients, other wise to hard to mix.

Step 2

Add rest of ingredients.

Step 3

Bake in greased floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

These bars are like a brownie with a touch of chocolate syrup mixed in...very tasty...I wasn't sure if it would work out...there's no baking powder...but it did raise...but not like a cake...I used home grown zucchini...it's growing so fast I'm going to have to start freezing some...It could easily serve 14 or more...huge potion if you rely on the 8 servings...made for FYC tag game at FFF...
