"I was getting tired of the same old pot roast and I had some onion soup mix, and Italian herbs. So I started to play and I came up with this. If you try this I hope you enjoy it. Please feel free to cut back on some of the herbs and spices if you like.I bet this would make great Dip Type Sandwiches. I put this on the shortest time, as crock pot times vary. Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and set aside.
Step 2
Pierce roast all over and rub in seasonings.
Step 3
Place in crockpot and cover with 1/2 cup water.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
