Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together all the blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil on medium heat.

Step 2

Turn heat to low and let it simmer. Stir occasionally. Let the blueberries start to break down and let the sauce thicken. Do this for about 15 minutes. Set aside in a small bowl.

Step 3

Clean the Pan. Place in it the strawberries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and one teaspoon cornstarch.

Step 4

Turn to low heat. Stir occasionally, softening the strawberries and thickening the sauce; cooking for about 15 minutes. Set aside in a small bowl.

Step 5

Get a grill prepared on low heat.

Step 6

Get out six to eight wooden kabob skewers. Thread the donut holes on to them.

Step 7

Grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Step 8

Serve with the two bowls of fruit sauce.
