Step by Step Method

Step 1

Remove the skin from orange and cut the orange into quarters.

Step 2

Add the rind and orange flesh to blender jug or smaller bowl food processor.

Step 3

Add the eschalot, garlic, vinegar, mustard, and honey to blender jug and secure lid & blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and well combined.

Step 4

While motor is running remove blender's inner cap and gradually add oil until combined running for about 20 - 30 seconds.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper, to taste .

Step 6

Serve with salad.
