Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 1 small eschalot, halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 125 milliliters (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove the skin from orange and cut the orange into quarters.

  • Step 2: Add the rind and orange flesh to blender jug or smaller bowl food processor.

  • Step 3: Add the eschalot, garlic, vinegar, mustard, and honey to blender jug and secure lid & blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 4: While motor is running remove blender's inner cap and gradually add oil until combined running for about 20 - 30 seconds.

  • Step 5: Season with salt and pepper, to taste .

  • Step 6: Serve with salad.
