Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a double boiler melt white chocolate over simmering water. Remove from heat; let cool and paint the tart shell with chocolate.
Whist together the next 6 ingredients (-vanilla). Mix the sugar and flour together and then add to the wet mixture. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Pour into tart shell and bake for 30 minutes or until the custard is softly set. The custard will firm up as it cools. Garnish with sweetened berries if desired.
