Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a double boiler melt white chocolate over simmering water. Remove from heat; let cool and paint the tart shell with chocolate.
Step 3: Whist together the next 6 ingredients (-vanilla). Mix the sugar and flour together and then add to the wet mixture. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Pour into tart shell and bake for 30 minutes or until the custard is softly set. The custard will firm up as it cools. Garnish with sweetened berries if desired.
