"I found this on another popular site years back but since have made some changes, I hope you try it and like it as much as we do! I always make a double recipe so I have another meal or have leftovers for a midnight snack. I serve this with tortilla chips and white cheddar to sprinkle on top"

I made this recipe on 1/15 for mime and my SO's dinner and for the " Alphabet Recipe Tag " in the Games Forum. There were a few changes made to the recipe, but I don't think the final outcome was affected. When I was sauteing the chicken, instead using seasoning salt some Cajun Spice Mix was used.I didn't have any garlic cloves,so a couple of generous shakes of garlic powder was used. Cannellini beans were used and for the chicken broth,1 1/2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder was dissolved in 1 1/2cups of hot water.Except for those changes and leaving out the sour cream(my SO doesn't care for it),it was made as it was written. I thought it was a bit on the spicy side, but my SO thought it needed more heat.He can add extra to his the next time it's made. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "

I just got done making it so I thought I better come in and do the review to let you all know how wonderful this chili is. I added in a little more cayenne to kick the heat up just a bit and it was so satisfying and delicious. I made biscuits to go with it and I am stuffed!

DELICIOUS! How good? It's already seen to a rerun! I would have to give this a five on the aroma alone. Other than using prepared chicken broth I made as posted and wouldn't change a thing. Added the rest of the broth to the leftovers which made for a super delicious soup for our weekend lunch, it was agreed it made for both a great tasting soup as well as awesome Chili.
