Step 1: In a large saucepan, saute the chicken in some oil or butter until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer to a bowl. Add in onions and garlic, saute until softened.
Step 2: Add the chicken back to the saucepan.
Step 3: Add in the beans, broth, chilies and next six (6) dry seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and tender
Step 4: Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and cream.
Step 5: Season with more salt and pepper if you need to.
Step 6: Divide into bowls, serve with tortilla chips then sprinkle white cheddar cheese over top.
