Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute green onion and onion in oil until softened.

Step 2

Add meat, tomatoes and olives, bring to a low boil. (I include the olive juice too.)

I whipped this up, then made Mexican rice. Spooned rice and meat mix into large flour tortilla shells and rolled them into large burritos. Steamed them in a double boiler, wrapped in aluminum foil, for several minutes, then plated and topped with sour cream and salsa. One of our favorite Mexican foods!
