Step by Step Method

Step 1

375 degrees.

Step 2

Mix oats in milk. Let soak 15 minutes then add meat onion garlic.

Step 3

Put in 8 inch pan.

Step 4

Mix ketchup mustard and worcestershire sauce. Brush on top of meat.

Step 5

Bake 40 minutes.

Step 6

Meanwhile mix cornstarch, butter and corn. Bring to a boil, thicken, our over top of meatloaf.

Step 7

Bake 10 minutes.

We really liked this easy to make casserole. I skipped the dry mustard and used frozen corn instead of canned but otherwise made as directed. I don't think my changes affected the dish at all. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
