"Since I am now leaning towards the vegan diet I made these yummy wraps using vegan cheese shreds, I imagine cheddar or Swiss would work great, use whatever cheese you like... homemade hummus is always the best to use but there are some great brands that you can purchase at the grocery store but none come close to homemade, the veggie amounts are only a guideline feel free to use whatever amount you want"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
