"My uncle loved to make sweets, and he made this fudge recipe that is one of the most "OUT OF THIS WORLD" fudges I have ever tasted! I have never seen a recipe like this, and you probably haven't either. You simply have to try it to see what I mean :) I used to make special trips over to have a piece when I knew he was making it. The texture is like penuche or maple fudge, but the flavor is like a caramel, and loaded with nuts to give it a nice crunch. Of course you can leave out the nuts, but us nut lovers wouldn't think of doing that! Great for the holidays on your cookie and sweets trays for family, friends, neighbors, teachers, co-workers etc."

I have been meaning to get in here for ages to review some recipes and this is one I made for the holidays. It was so good and even though it's rich, it is moreish and I found myself taking a few pieces before forcing myself to stop. My whole family raved about it and asked for the recipe when I presented them with tins and they took a piece. A true pleasure to make and even better to eat!

I had to make some of Uncle Arthur's fudge for my cookie bags this Christmas. This fudge is now a must have at least during the holidays for us. What delicious fudge, and it's sweet but so delicious I couldn't keep out of it!

This fudge is "Fudge Perfection"! A cross between maple and penuche, and with the nuts it makes it taste unbelievable. I made little boxes of it to give to my kids and they loved it so much they will be making their own! Uncle Arthur you are da bomb!

Your description of this says it all about this out of this world fudge! It is so creamy tasting and the nuts add to the overall deliciousness of it. I made some for me and now that I have had it I am making it for my Christmas goodie bags for my family. Yummy!!!
