Step 1

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2

Line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Step 3

Spray with cooking spray.

Step 4

Stir Bisquick mix, cheese, paprika and salt in shallow baking dish.

Step 5

Dip chicken strips into eggs, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Repeat with other pieces, dipping in eggs and Bisquick mixture two times each.

Step 6

Place chicken on cookie sheet.

Step 7

Spray chicken with cooking spray.

Step 8

Bake 12-14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until no longer pink in center.

We really enjoyed the chicken...I used regular Bisquick...they came out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside...served it with dijon honey mustard for dipping...made for "Alphabet" tag game at FFF...
