Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (3 breasts, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch strips, or 8 tenders)
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.

  • Step 3: Spray with cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Stir Bisquick mix, cheese, paprika and salt in shallow baking dish.

  • Step 5: Dip chicken strips into eggs, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Repeat with other pieces, dipping in eggs and Bisquick mixture two times each.

  • Step 6: Place chicken on cookie sheet.

  • Step 7: Spray chicken with cooking spray.

  • Step 8: Bake 12-14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until no longer pink in center.
