"These are great chicken fingers and I really enjoyed them. This recipe is adapted a little from Bisquick."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2
Line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Step 3
Spray with cooking spray.
Step 4
Stir Bisquick mix, cheese, paprika and salt in shallow baking dish.
Step 5
Dip chicken strips into eggs, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Repeat with other pieces, dipping in eggs and Bisquick mixture two times each.
Step 6
Place chicken on cookie sheet.
Step 7
Spray chicken with cooking spray.
Step 8
Bake 12-14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until no longer pink in center.
