Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook ground chuck in a Dutch oven until browned; stirring to crumble; drain. Add tomato sauce and the next 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add beans, stirring well. Combine cornmeal and 2 tablespoons water; add to the chili mixture, stirring well.
Step 3
Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
