Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix onion, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan; mix adding enough milk until it turns into a loose paste (2-3 tablespoons of milk should be fine or as needed).
Step 2
Add in ground turkey, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Gently combine all ingredients.
Step 3
Roll into small meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches round.
Step 4
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Before placing in oven, spray each meatball with non-stick spray.
Step 5
Cook for about 20-25 minutes, until browned, in 375 °F degree oven.
Step 6
To serve with sauce, drop meatballs in sauce pan with spaghetti sauce and simmer lightly (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Step 7
Freeze your extras for another meal that is, if you have any left and chances are you won`t!.
