"This has been a very popular recipe. Lovely lean turkey and with just enough flavouring. The meatballs may be baked instead of frying - 375f oven for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned and cooked through"

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into 1 inch meatballs (makes 30)

Step 2

Spray a non stick fry pan lightly with oil

Step 3

Fry the meatballs turning frequently to brown all sides and cook through. Takes about 6 minutes but check that the are cooked right through and nicely browned.
