Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into 1 inch meatballs (makes 30)
Step 2
Spray a non stick fry pan lightly with oil
Step 3
Fry the meatballs turning frequently to brown all sides and cook through. Takes about 6 minutes but check that the are cooked right through and nicely browned.
