Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together and shape into 1 inch meatballs (makes 30)

  • Step 2: Spray a non stick fry pan lightly with oil

  • Step 3: Fry the meatballs turning frequently to brown all sides and cook through. Takes about 6 minutes but check that the are cooked right through and nicely browned.
