"From a community cookbook- I really like this recipe - the turkey meat will likely fall apart and become mixed with the gravy- and that is how we like it. I like McCormicks Rotisserie chicken seasoning."

Made as written for the Pick Me! Tag Game – Siggi & I spent X-Mas Eve w/his Mom who only eats fish & I cooked salmon. His brother cooked a smoked pork roast for NY Eve, so I was craving turkey & tagged your recipe. Turkey breasts in Iceland are boneless & skinless, so (altho well-flavored) the end-product was monochromatic except for the sage seasoning rub used. BUT the turkey drippings combined w/a can of sliced mushrooms & their liquid, soy sauce for color plus a thickening agent made a lovely gravy that I used to top the turkey medallions & stuffing. I love using my crock pot & holiday meals are the best time to make it work for you. I posted a pic straight from the crock pot & a 2nd of the plated meal. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
