Step by Step Method
Step 1
Moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip glass into a shallow bowl filled with salt to create a fine coating.
Step 2
Fill each glass with ice, then add rum, guava and grapefruit juice. Top with beer and stir gently before serving. Garnish with a lime wedge dipped in smoked salt.
