Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 ounces gold rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces guava nectar
  • 4 ounces grapefruit juice (ruby red, fresh is better!)
  • 4 ounces light beer (white lager is preferred)
  • Garnish: salted rim & lime wheel

How to Make

  • Step 1: Moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip glass into a shallow bowl filled with salt to create a fine coating.

  • Step 2: Fill each glass with ice, then add rum, guava and grapefruit juice. Top with beer and stir gently before serving. Garnish with a lime wedge dipped in smoked salt.
