Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix 1/2 cup tomato soup with everything else

Sorry this didn't quite work. 1 pound of meat will not make a very big meatloaf, certainly not 8 servings. It also needed a binder, as it was hard to slice, just falling apart. Maybe an egg and more cracker crumbs. I used the 1/2 cup soup in the mix, and only the remainder of the can for topping. Another whole cam would have swamped it. That being said, I give it an extra star for flavor.
