Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F & lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

Step 2

Unroll crescent roll dough & separate into 4 rectangles, pinching the perforations within each rectangle to seal them.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar & the cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the rectangles of dough.

Step 4

Roll up each rectangle, jellyroll fashion, starting with the long side, then pinch edges to seal.

Step 5

Carefully cut each log into 5 slices, then place each cut side down in the prepared cake pan.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls begin to brown, then remove from the oven & set on a wire rack.

Step 7

In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk & vanilla extract, stirring until smooth, then drizzle over the warm cinnamon rolls.

I made a double batch of these this morning to bring into work, and I had to sample one of course :) They are simple and quick to make and I just love them! I might try adding in some cream cheese to the glaze next time, and see how that works, but they are yummy just like they are! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us Altered! Linda
