"This recipe, funnily enough, comes from America's Test Kitchen, by way of program they made for a handheld gaming system, the Nintendo DS. It gets a herbacious kick from fresh parsley. Please don't swap out the minced sweet pickle for sweet pickle relish - the relish would overwhelm the taste. 1 large or 2 small sweet pickles should give you the desired amount. Cook time is the time in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld."
