"If you're a fan of ham salad like I am, I'm sure you'll enjoy these quick and easy patties either in or out of a bun. A slice of pineapple and BBQ sauce make a great "ham"burger!"

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the ham and the bread crumbs.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients.

Step 3

Add all together, thoroughly mixing. Shape into patties, press into reserved bread crumbs, and fry in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown.

I had lots of leftover ham and made these for my kids and me for lunch. We loved them. I just served them plain with mustard for the kids and I had mustard and a slice of sweet onion on mine. Delicious and the kids really liked them!
